ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Based on the evidentiary issues in this matter, the South Carolina Department of
Revenue (Department) no longer seeks to prosecute this matter. Pursuant to Rule 46, RPALJD
and Rule 41, SCRCP, the Department and Webb’s Country Corner, LLC, agree that this matter
be dismissed with prejudice. The parties further agree that this constitutes the full and final
disposition of this matter.
Based on the foregoing, this Court finds that this matter is DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
