ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
This matter came before the Court from an appeal of the above-named Petitioner of a proposed tax assessment resulting
from an audit performed by the Respondent Department.
This matter was transmitted to the Administrative Law Judge Division for a contested case hearing and was assigned to the
Honorable Ralph King Anderson, III. Prior to this matter being set for a hearing, the parties informed the court that they
had reached an compromise under the following terms and conditions:
1. Petitioner and its President Thomas A. Blocker agree to pay to the Respondent the sum total of $2,500.00 in full
settlement of this matter for any unpaid or assessed sales and use tax, penalties, or interest at issue in this case involving the
Petitioner Mictronics, Inc. Petitioner agrees to pay this sum within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Order.
2. In consideration for the above-stated agreement and payment, the Respondent Department agrees to waive the remaining
taxes, interest or any penalties sought in this action against the Petitioner Mictronics, Inc.
3. The parties agree and understand that this constitutes a final settlement of this action.
Having reviewed this agreement and the terms thereof, I hereby ORDER its adoption and dismiss the Petition in this matter
with prejudice.
