ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER (Settlement)
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It appears
to the satisfaction of the Division that this case has been fully and finally settled by agreement
between the parties on the following terms. The value of the subject property (Tax Map No. 201-04-07-012-000) for tax year 1994 for ad valorem taxation purposes is $451,564.00.
Wherefore, the parties have settled this matter on these terms, IT IS ORDERED that the
above-captioned case be and hereby is settled and dismissed.
