ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to an Appeal
Notice filed by the Petitioner to review the decision by the Charleston County Board of Assessment
Appeal in the above-referenced case. By letter dated October 6, 1995, the Petitioner, C.M. Grannan
has stated that he does not wish to pursue the appeal because of his physical health condition. By
withdrawing the request, it appears that no further action is required. Therefore, the hearing
scheduled for Monday, October 30, 1995 at 3:30 p.m. is cancelled. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the above-referenced case is DISMISSED.
AND SO IT IS ORDERED.
