ORDERS:
FINAL ORDER AND DECISION
This matter was pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division upon the request of
the Petitioner pursuant to S.C. Tax Commission Regulation No. 117.4 appealing the decision of the
Charleston County Assessor and the Charleston County Board of Assessment Appeals decision dated
August 30, 1994 for PID# 93-532-07-00-044, BAA# 93-16.
Based upon careful consideration to the information provided in Petitioner's Motion to
Introduce Evidence and the reinspection of the property, the Respondent, by letter dated June 21,
1995 and the Petitioner, by letter dated June 22, 1995, have reached a settlement regarding the
assessed value of the property. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the above referenced case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
