CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

It appearing to the Court that the Petitioner in the above-referenced matter filed an appeal contesting the decision rendered on February 7, 1995 by the Lexington County Board of Assessment as it relates to Petitioner's property located at 2700 Riverland Drive, Cayce, South Carolina, having Tax Map Number 005818-02-008; and

It further appearing that the Petitioner desires that this action be dismissed, that the Petitioner is under no coercion or duress from any source to do so, and that the Petitioner knows and understands that by agreeing to this dismissal with prejudice he is forever precluded from appealing the assessment as it relates to the referenced property for the years 1992, 1993, 1994, and 1995;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of the Petitioner, Raymond F. House, Jr., by and with the consent of the Respondent, Lexington County Assessor,







IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the above-captioned action is dismissed and forever ended, with prejudice.
