ORDERS:
ORDER OF CONSOLIDATION
These matters are currently pending before the South Carolina Law Judge Division. It
appearing that the parties and issues are common to both of the cases, and that hearing the cases together would be in the
best interest of judicial economy, it is hereby ORDERED that these matters are consolidated into one contested case.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the caption in this matter be changed to reflect the consolidation. The caption of the
one case will read "517746 Ontario LTD vs. Horry County Assessor. In Re: Tax Map #191-07-05-058 and #191-11-05-006. The case shall bear the Docket No. 02-ALJ-17-0363-CC. All documents in the case shall be filed accordingly.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
