ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division. This matter involves a
request for a contested case hearing by the Petitioner concerning tax issues with the Calhoun County Assessor. By letter
signed by Martin R. Banks, counsel for Petitioner, and filed with the Division on August 28, 2002, Mr. Banks withdrew
Petitioner's request for a hearing. Specifically, he stated his wished to dismiss the suit with prejudice due to a settlement of
the issues. Therefore, having no request for a hearing, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
