ORDER OF REMAND

The above-captioned case is before the undersigned pursuant to Petitioners' appeal of Respondent's assessment of a parcel of real property they own.

On May 20, 2002, a telephone conference was held during which Petitioners were represented by W. Wesley Johnson, Jr., Esquire and Respondent was represented by Jeff M. Anderson, Esquire. In that conference, Petitioners moved this tribunal to remand this matter to the Lexington County Board of Assessment Appeals so that the new issues, not raised previously by Petitioner nor addressed by either the Lexington County Board of Assessment Appeals or the Lexington County Assessor, may be addressed accordingly. Respondent does not object. Consequently,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is REMANDED to the Lexington County Board of Assessment Appeals for the sole purpose of addressing new issues not previously raised by the Petitioners.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
