ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This case is before the undersigned pursuant to Charleston County Assessor's appeal of a final decision rendered by the
Charleston County Board of Assessment Appeals with regard to property owned by Respondents. On March 7, 2002, this
office received a letter from the Petitioner stating that it was prepared to grant the requested relief. Consequently,
Petitioner withdrew its request for a contested case hearing. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
