ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Whereas, this matter was instituted by the Petitioner Sharon F. Osborn, seeking certain relief from real property taxes
levied by the Charleston County Assessor for tax year 2001, and is now pending before the Honorable John D. Geathers,
Administrative Law Judge; and
Whereas, the Charleston County Assessor has now granted the Petitioner the relief sought in her appeal from the
Charleston County Board of Assessment Appeals, to wit:
1. The Charleston County Assessor has approved the Petitioner's application for the 4% assessment ratio for tax year
2001, for property located at 45 River Marsh Lane, Kiawah Island, SC, and further identified as TMS No. 209-10-00-016,
and
2. A revised tax bill for tax year 2001 will be issued to the Petitioner for the property in question, and
3. An appropriate tax refund shall be promptly issued to the Petitioner.
Wherefore, upon motion of the Petitioner, and with the consent of the Respondent, this matter is hereby dismissed.
