ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Both the Petitioner and Respondent notified this Division by letters dated June 24, 2002, that the Petitioner desires to
withdraw its request for a contested case hearing based on an agreement with Respondent that there shall be a revised
reassessment of the subject property (Parcel No. 111-16-02-038).
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
