ORDERS:
ORDER STAYING PROCEEDINGS
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to a Motion for Stay of Proceedings
filed September 21, 2001, by Various Charleston County Taxpayers ("Petitioners") and joined by the Charleston County
Assessor ("Respondent"). In the interest of promoting judicial economy, Petitioners and Respondent have agreed that this
case should be stayed until pending litigation in the Charleston County Court of Common Pleas, Riverwoods, LLC v. The
County of Charleston, Docket No. 01-CP-10-2001, has been finally resolved. The parties agree that a final resolution of the
pending civil action potentially could moot the matter currently before the Division.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion for Stay of Proceedings is granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is stricken from the docket unless and until either party makes a motion at
anytime to lift the stay and restore this case to the docket.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
