ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Counsel for the Petitioners notified this Division by letter dated February 9, 2004, that
the Petitioners desired to withdraw their request for a contested case hearing. There being no case
in controversy due to this withdrawal,
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED without
prejudice. Due to this dismissal, it is not necessary to act upon the numerous Motions to Intervene.
All potential Intervenors who have submitted letters to the court will be notified of the dismissal of
this action.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
