ORDERS:
ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO REMAND
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) pursuant to the Respondent's Motion to Remand filed on
August 14, 2000. In the above-captioned matter, the Petitioner appealed the assessed value of real property located in Horry County,
South Carolina directly to the Administrative Law Judge Division without first exhausting his remedies available before the Board of
Assessment Appeals, as provided by statute.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. Section 12-60-2540(B) (Supp. 1998), this matter is hereby
remanded to the County Board of Assessment.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
