ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On July 19, 2000, Petitioner requested a contested case hearing regarding the 1999 tax assessment of properties identified as Tax Map
Numbers 156-03-19-029, 156-03-19-030, and 156-03-16-056. On September 7, 2000, Petitioner telephoned the office of the
undersigned Judge, stated the parties had settled the case, and withdrew her request for a contested case hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
