ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to Petitioner's request for a contested
case hearing filed July 3, 2000. By order issued February 6, 2001, the undersigned remanded this case to the Horry County
Board of Assessment Appeals for a new hearing. In a letter dated February 12, 2001, however, Respondent's attorney
indicated an agreement was reached on August 30, 2000.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the settlement agreement is incorporated herein and this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
