This matter is currently pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. The Petitioners, by their letter dated
December 20, 2001, state that they are no longer interested in pursuing their request for a contested case hearing on the tax
assessment of their property in Horry County. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing previously scheduled for January 9, 2002, is removed from the docket.
