ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned contested cases are pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division.
On February 11, 2004, the Court was notified that the parties had reached a settlement agreement
in this matter, and a Stipulation of Dismissal With Prejudice was signed by all parties and presented
to the Court. There being no controversy for decision,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned cases be and hereby are dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
