ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on Motion of Carol I. McMahan, Attorney for
Petitioner, filed August 1, 1997, for an order dismissing the above matter with prejudice.
Petitioner states in its Motion to Dismiss that Petitioner no longer seeks to impose a violation
on the facts of this case.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket
Number 97-ALJ-17-0280-CC is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
