SETTLEMENT ORDER

This matter comes before me on the citation issued by the South Carolina Department of Revenue against the respondent for violation of the Video Game Machines Act [S.C. Code Ann. § 12-21-2804 (B) (Supp. 1996)]. Respondent was cited for the advertisement of coin-operated video games. Prior to a hearing, the parties reached an agreement resolving the matter, and that agreement is incorporated into this Order.

The agreement between the parties is as follows:

1. The Respondent has paid a monetary assessment of $1,000.00 for this offense.

2. The Respondent agrees to remove, within thirty days from the date of this order, the sign in front of his business containing the words "Video Casino."

I find the above settlement to be fair and equitable, approve such settlement, and hereby Order its adoption.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
