ORDERS:
FINAL ORDER AND DECISION
This matter comes before me pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 61-2-260 (Supp. 2003) and S.C.
Code Ann. § 1-23-310 et seq. (Supp. 2003) upon the filing of an application by Petitioner John B.
Boney, d/b/a Boney’s Discount Sales (“Petitioner”), for the renewal of a retail liquor store license for
a location at 356 Manning Avenue, Sumter, South Carolina (“the subject location”). The Honorable
J. David Weeks protested the application on behalf of local citizens. By letter dated January 25,
2004, Representative Weeks withdrew his objection. By letter dated January 27, 2004, the
Respondent requested that this matter be dismissed so that the Respondent may issue the license. ORDER
Based upon the foregoing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Respondent’s request that this matter be dismissed is
granted so that Respondent may issue the license;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
