ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By a letter and attached Suspension Agreement filed on September 19,
2006, the parties to the above-captioned case informed this Court that they
have reached a settlement in this matter. Therefore, as there are no
justiciable issues remaining in controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, pursuant to the agreement of the
parties, the above-captioned case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
