ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER FOR REMAND
Pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. Section 12-60-1330 (Supp. 1998), the parties have consented to
a remand of this matter to the South Carolina Department of Revenue ("Department"). Finding no
prejudice to the Respondent, this matter is therefore REMANDED to the Department and
DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
