ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On August 26, 1999, Notice and Motion to Dismiss was filed by Arlene D. Hand, Attorney for Petitioner based upon the
ground that the parties have entered into an agreement in which Respondent agreed to accept the Department's thirty (30)
day suspension of his license to sell alcohol. An agreement having been reached, no controversy remains for decision.
IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner's Notice and Motion to Dismiss is hereby granted and that the above-captioned case be,
and hereby is, settled and dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
