ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On
February 22, 1999, a letter was received from Kenneth E. Allen, Attorney for Respondent, stating
". . .my client has elected not to renew her ABC licenses. Those licenses expire ten days from the
date of this letter. We believe that the case will be moot before it could be tried and would ask that
the matter be dismissed". Further, by letter dated March 3, 1999, Arlene D. Hand, attorney for
Petitioner, states "Under the circumstances, the Department agrees that dismissal of the action would
be appropriate".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
