ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Arlene D. Hand, Attorney for Petitioner, by letter
dated November 16, 1998, which is incorporated herein by reference. Petitioner states that the
Respondent in the above-referenced action has paid the penalty imposed by Petitioner and that there
remains no matter at issue in this case. Petitioner requests that the above matter be dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
98-ALJ-17-0597-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
