ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On
December 29, 2003, a letter was received from Dana R. Krajack, Attorney for Respondent, along
with the attachment of a letter dated December 19, 2003, from the City of Abbeville, sole protestant
in the above referenced case wherein the City of Abbeville stated it is withdrawing its protest in this
matter with the stipulation that neither Mr. Walker nor Mr. Garlington be allowed on the premises
during business hours. Copies of these letters are attached hereto and made a part of this Order.
There being no further controversy,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
