ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
On June 24, 1998, the above-referenced case was filed with the Administrative Law Judge
Division. On September 10, 1998, Carol I. McMahan, Attorney for Petitioner, filed a Notice and
Motion to Dismiss this matter with prejudice because the whereabouts of a witness essential to the
case remain unknown. For the foregoing reason, this action should be dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above entitled case is hereby dismissed with
prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
