ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter is scheduled to be heard Tuesday, September 15, 1998,
at the Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina. This office received
a letter from Arlene D. Hand, attorney for the Petitioner, stating that she has been advised
by Mr. Barry Krell, attorney for the Respondent, that Ms. Grant is willing to accept a
voluntary revocation of her sale and consumption license and her on-premises beer and
wine permit. Therefore, the Respondent requests that the hearing be canceled. Ms. Hand
consents to the dismissal. As the parties no longer require a hearing on this matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be Dismissed with Prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
