In the above-referenced case, on August 31, 1998, Marlene T. Sipes, Attorney for Respondent, filed a Motion for Reconsideration and for Stay. After careful consideration and review of the motion, the motion is denied. See Bennett v. City of Clemson, 293 S.C. 64, 358 S.E.2d. 707 (1987) ("motion for reconsideration should only be granted when there is good cause, such as newly discovered evidence, fraud, surprise, mistake, inadvertence, or change in conditions").

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Respondent's motion is hereby DENIED.
