ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On May
7, 1998, a letter was received from Adelaide D. Kline, Attorney for Petitioner, stating, "Please be
notified that the South Carolina Department of Insurance has received a letter from Brenda K.
Stanley, Respondent in the above-referenced case, withdrawing her appeal and request for a hearing
before the Administrative Law Judge Division. The Department had filed an Agency Transmittal
Form on April 6, 1998, and had filed the Agency Prehearing Statement on April 23, 1998, in this
case. Upon receipt of your Order Dismissing this case, this file will be closed at the Department".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
