ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On May
1, 1998, a letter was received from Arlene D. Hand, Attorney for Petitioner, stating, "The
permittee/respondent has paid the $400 imposed by the Department of Revenue and there remains
no matter at issue in this case. The Department, therefore, requests that the hearing scheduled for
June 15th be canceled and the case dismissed with prejudice".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and
the hearing which was scheduled for Monday, June 15, 1998, at 9:30 a.m. has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
