ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me pursuant to Respondent Veer, Inc.’s request for a contested case
hearing regarding a Final Determination of the Petitioner South Carolina Department of Revenue.
A hearing was scheduled for December 22, 2003, at the offices of the Administrative Law Judge
Division. Respondent now states that it no longer desires a contested case hearing regarding the Final
Determination and requests that this matter be dismissed. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
