ORDERS:
ORDER
In the above-captioned matter, by letter filed January 10, 1997, Respondent advised the
Administrative Law Judge Division that the parties have agreed to settle this case. Accordingly,
a hearing is no longer necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Monday, January 13, 1997, at
10:00 a.m. is hereby canceled and this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
