ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter is currently pending before the
Administrative Law Judge Division and is
scheduled to be heard on December 13, 1996. On November 13,
1996, the undersigned received a letter from
Petitioner informing the Court that the Respondent had
voluntarily surrendered his retail beer and wine permit and
sale and consumption license and paid a penalty in the amount of
$400.00.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for
December 13, 1996 is canceled, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing
Docket Number
96-ALJ-17-0424-CC be and hereby is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
