ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioners notified this Division by letter dated December 19, 2003, that they desired
to withdraw their request for a contested case hearing having resolved the outstanding issues.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that my previous Order and Notice of Hearing is hereby
rescinded due to the dismissal of the matter.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
