ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above matter was scheduled to be heard by me on Thursday, June 13, 1996.
This office received a letter dated June 12, 1996, from Carol I. McMahan, attorney for the
Petitioner, stating that the Respondent agreed to pay the fines assessed in the above
referenced matter. Stating that a hearing was no longer necessary, Ms. McMahan asked that
we dismiss the case. Finding good cause,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed.
