ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, on September 4, 1996, the petitioner moved this tribunal
for a dismissal of this action. Petitioner advised the Administrative Law Judge Division that the
respondent paid the penalty for the violation alleged by petitioner. Petitioner had cited respondent
for violating 23 S.C. Code Regs. 7-9(B), knowingly permitting the possession of beer by an
individual under the age of twenty-one.
As is appears that there is no matter in dispute,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
