CONSENT ORDER

Upon Motion of the Respondent, by and with the consent of the Petitioner, it appearing to this tribunal that the parties have resolved their dispute, it is hereby ordered that the Respondent's beer and wine license, BW-602129, will be suspended for a period of forty-five (45) days as a result of Respondent's unlawful sale of a beer to a person under the age of twenty-one (21) on or about June 10, 1995, in violation of S.C. Code Ann. § 61-9-40 and S.C. Code Regs. 7-9B. It is agreed that the suspension will begin on January 2, 1996, and will continue through February 16, 1996, so that the license will be restored, barring any further violations, on February 17, 1996.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
