ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
It appearing that Mr. Bradshaw has paid $1,200.00 in fines assessed against his retail beer and
wine permits for permitting purchase of beer by a person under twenty-one (21) years of age on or
about June 27, 1995. The Department of Revenue and Taxation has requested that the hearing
scheduled for Friday, October 6, 1995 at 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. respectively be canceled.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for October 6, 1995 is cancelled
and the case is DISMISSED.
AND SO IT IS ORDERED.
