ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, the Petitioner by letter dated July 6, 1995, has advised the
Administrative Law Judge Division that it has decided to "withdraw its violation" and that a
hearing is no longer necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Monday, July 10, 1995,
at 3:00 p.m. is hereby cancelled and this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
