ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
This matter comes before the Administrative Law Judge Division on the citation issued by the
Department of Revenue and Taxation against Christopher D. Kennan d/b/a South Congress Exxon
for a violation of S.C. Code Reg.§§ 7-9B and 7-86 for permitting the purchase of beer by a person
under the age of twenty-one on or about January 8, 1995 , and the selling of beer during restricted
hours on or about January 8, 1995.
Based upon discussions between the parties, the Respondent and the Department have
reached a settlement. The South Carolina Department of Revenue and Taxation is requesting without
objection that the hearing scheduled for Monday, May 22, 1995 at 9:30 a.m. be cancelled and the case
be dismissed. It is therefore,
ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Monday, May 22, 1995 at 9:30 a.m. is cancelled
and the case is DISMISSED.
