ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
This matter came before the Administrative Law Judge Division for hearing on the citation
issued by the South Carolina Department of Revenue and Taxation for a violation of S.C. Code Ann.
§61-9-315(F) (Supp. 1993) against Respondent, Dennis J. Lee, President of Henry J. Lee
Distributors, Inc. After notice to the parties, a hearing was conducted on February 22, 1995.
Stipulated facts were presented as Exhibit 1. Based upon additional facts presented through
testimony at the hearing, the Department moved to withdraw the citation without objection. It is
therefore,
ORDERED, that the citation is withdrawn and the case is DISMISSED.
