ORDER AND DECISION UPON SETTLEMENT

parties have settled and resolved the matter, no issues remain for resolution by this tribunal, and the
request for a hearing has been withdrawn.
ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for the above captioned case is cancelled and this
matter is dismissed pursuant to the consent and agreement of the parties and this court.
