ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me pursuant to the request of the Respondent, Hoozers Private Club ("Hoozers"), for a contested case
hearing regarding a finding by Petitioner South Carolina Department of Revenue ("DOR") that Hoozers committed an
administrative violation. DOR ordered that Hoozers pay a fine of $500.00 and have its private club sales and consumption
license revoked.
A hearing was scheduled in this matter for December 4, 2002 at the offices of the Administrative Law Judge Division. On
December 3, 2002, I received a letter from counsel for Hoozers informing me that it is withdrawing its request for a hearing
of this matter. Counsel for Hoozers indicates that Hoozers agrees to pay the fine assessed by DOR and understands that the
applicable license is revoked. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
