ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-referenced matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on July 22, 2002. On
September 17, 2002, Andrew J. Johnston, attorney for the Respondent, filed a letter with the Division in which he set forth
that his client was paying the fine sought by the Department of Revenue (Department) and that the Department had no
objections to his withdrawal of this matter. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that his matter is dismissed.
