CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This contested case arises from appeal of an Order of the Office of State Fire Marshal
dated March 12, 2003 by the Respondent Cottageville Express. The parties, through their
respective counsel, have informed the Administrative Law Judge Division that an administrative
resolution of this dispute has been reached. Accordingly, the Respondent wishes to withdraw its
appeal of the March 12, 2003 Order of State Fire Marshal.
With the consent of the parties, IT IS ORDERED that this contested case be dismissed
and the March 12, 2003 Order of the Deputy State Fire Marshal shall remain as a valid Order of
State Fire Marshal.
