ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division on March 27, 2002. On June 28, 2002,
this office received a letter from R. Scott Dover, the attorney for the Respondent in this matter, which set forth that this
case has been resolved and that the Respondent paid a fine of Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars to the Department of
Revenue in settlement of this action. Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
