ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before the Administrative Law Judge Division (“Division”) pursuant to the
request of the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation, Division of Labor,
OSHA (“Department”), for a hearing on proposed regulations. A hearing was scheduled for
December 9, 2003. On December 2, 2003, the Department notified the Division that it had not
received any requests for a hearing on the proposed regulations and, therefore, the hearing would
not be necessary. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for December 9, 2003 is cancelled
and this matter is dismissed;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
